KAYA Challenge participants often ask for changes to their registered grade or team names/members. Event coordinators are able to make all of these changes in Plastick.
1. Log into Plastick
2. Click Challenges in the lefthand menu
3. Select the event the climber is participating in
4. Scroll down to the participant list
5. Search for or select the participant
6. Make the requested changes
7. Don't forget to click "SAVE USER"
The following video shows how to go about changing a Challenge participant’s registered grade. From this screen, you can also edit a participant’s team or category, and add or remove a user from a team. Once you've made all the appropriate changes, click "Save User".
